Products and Availability

Empowered Muse offers selected digital downloads, creative paper goods, spiritual and botanical resources, and printed or handcrafted gifts.

Each product listing identifies whether the purchase is digital or physical and describes the included items, file formats, available options, and applicable processing times. Accessories shown for styling are not included unless expressly listed.

Availability and prices may change. Changes do not alter an order already accepted.

Orders and Payment

Please provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and personalization information when ordering.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout. Payment must be confirmed before digital delivery or physical-order preparation.

If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled portion. Suspected fraudulent orders may be declined or canceled, subject to applicable law.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are downloadable files. No physical item will be shipped unless the listing expressly includes one.

Download instructions are provided after payment confirmation. Please review the listed file formats and requirements before purchasing. Products are not editable or digitally fillable unless specifically described that way.

Contact us with your order number if you receive a missing, damaged, inaccessible, or incorrect file.

Personal-Use Terms

Unless a listing expressly provides a different license, digital purchases are provided for the purchaser’s personal, noncommercial use.

You may download the files and print copies for your own personal projects.

Under these purchase terms, you may not:

• Resell the files, including modified versions.

• Extract included artwork for resale or distribution.
• Claim Empowered Muse’s original contributions as your own.

Commercial-use permission must be expressly provided in the applicable listing or a separate written agreement.

These purchase conditions do not create copyright protection where it does not otherwise exist or restrict rights that applicable law preserves.

AI-Assisted Content and Intellectual Property

Some products are created with the assistance of AI tools and finalized by Empowered Muse. Our process may include selection, editing, creative arrangement, original writing, and preparation of finished products.

Empowered Muse retains rights in its original human-authored contributions to the extent protected by applicable law. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.

We do not claim exclusive copyright protection over purely AI-generated material where such protection is unavailable. AI-generated elements may not be unique.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any applicable intellectual-property rights.

Printing and Product Appearance

Colors and print results may vary with screens, printers, ink, paper, and settings. We recommend printing a test page before printing an entire digital product.

Handcrafted products may have minor variations in texture, placement, grain, or finish. These variations do not excuse a defective item or a material difference from its description.

Follow the care and handling instructions supplied with physical products.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Personalization is available only where offered. Please check names, spelling, dates, and other submitted details carefully.

If a proof is provided, review it before approving production. Approval does not remove your right to a remedy if the finished item differs from the approved design or is defective.

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Availability depends on the order’s production status and applicable law. Any special cancellation conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

Physical orders are prepared according to the processing times stated in their listings. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

If shipment cannot occur within the promised timeframe, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation or refund options under applicable law.

Please contact us promptly about an incorrect address, missing delivery, or shipping problem. We will assist in resolving the issue without limiting your legal rights.

Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
